Porto Charming Hotel

This hotel truly lives up to its name - charming! The staff provided a warm and efficient welcome, even escorting us personally to our room. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with two windows that let in ample natural light. The hot water in the shower was a very welcome touch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread included an array of delicious pastries that were a real treat.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our Easter stay even better. The room wasnice and neat, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was a real advantage, being centrally located and easy to get to. we loved the little touch of having a cake left near reception every day.

the walls in the room were not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.

The breakfast offered is simple yet satisfying, with a variety of options available.

The noise insulation in the hotel is not the best.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, and had hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable with a good shower in the bathroom. The location was fine, with a lovely local cafe nearby and just a few minutes walk to the top of the main shopping street. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot drinks, muesli, yoghurts, cakes, bread rolls, and jam. The hotel had friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English.

The location was great, within walking distance to all the highlights of Porto. a charming experience worth recommending.
